Refund policy
Donations are generally non-refundable, but we will always correct a genuine mistake.
Donations made in error
If you donated twice, entered the wrong amount, or did not intend to give, write to hello@changewithone.org within 14 days and we will refund the amount in full.
Cancelling a monthly pledge
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges; the current month's gift is not refunded once the funds have been committed to a programme.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
