We collect the minimum information needed to process your gift and keep you updated on the cause you chose.
What we collect
Name, email address, optional phone number, and donation details. Payment card and bank information is handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store it.
How we use it
To process donations, issue receipts, comply with statutory reporting, and send programme updates. We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
Communication
You can opt out of programme updates at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to hello@changewithone.org. Transactional receipts will still be sent.
Retention and access
Donation records are kept as long as the law requires. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it where retention is not legally mandated.
